I began aggressively supporting Marianne Williamson after Joe Biden's October 10th speech on Palestine.

It was apparent that Palestinians were in grave danger under current US leadership.
Marianne Williamson was treated very poorly by the Democratic Party and they were showing total disregard for Palestinian life.

It was time to cut my ties.

I was an unaffiliated voter but wanted to further distance myself from the toxicity of the Democratic Party.

My unaffiliated status still allowed me to vote in Democratic primaries but I no longer wanted to be on the record as even having that option.

My affiliation changed from independent to Green Party on February 7th, 2024.

I would pay my dues and officially join the Green Party 7-days later.
